Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder - Winona Lauro Horowitz - was born at Winona Minnesota. The parents named her Winona for the town she grew up in. Michel Horowitz was her father as well as Cynthia Palmer, his mother was both an author as well as editors. Ryder believes she is Jewish has a connection to Ryder's Jewish father. Ryder has two half-siblings younger than her, Jubal and Sunyata. Ryder as well as her entire family relocated to Mendocino County in California at the age of seven. Ryder was only seven years old. Here, they did not have electricity. The books on television were the only way for Ryder to pass the time. Eventually, she began to read extensively. Ryder started to take acting classes at the American Conservatory Theatre when she reached the age of 12. When she was 15, Ryder landed her first part onscreen, playing Lucas.
