D-J-Qualls

Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is an American actor, producer and model. He gained fame due to his work in Road Trip he has since appeared in over 20 feature film, such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. Apart from his appearances with Road Trip Qualls has played in over 22 television programs like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order & others. A survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma who was diagnosed with when he was 14 years old. Qualls is a fighter. After two years of treatment, the cancer is in Remission. However, the early treatment resulted in severe negative effects on the quality of his life and growth. As a child the boy was used to living in poverty and therefore, financial stability was his primary goal. He said "I've been living a frugal lifestyle for so long that I'm in need of financial security or the world will feel out-of-control in my case." Also, he reflects on his own youth to determine how he can combat the bullying. The cruelty of bullying breaks my heart, he claims. The ideal role for DJ is that of a real-life father. Yet, he is aware that directors do not cast me in those roles. He'd like to be a dad one day, in order to spend greater time to his son and be less focused on his job.
